The Head of Department:

• Oversees and prepares preliminary studies and studies for municipal projects and supplies falling within the Department’s remit.
• Oversees the execution of the projects and supplies within the Department’s remit, in accordance with the provisions in force on the execution of municipal works.
• Ensures the preparation of tender documents and the scheduling of the execution of the works.
• Ensures that, once construction is completed, complete files with the measurement data are delivered to the competent office so that the works can be taken over. • Prepares activity reports and financial reports in cooperation with the Directorate of Financial Services. Draws up monthly or quarterly activity reports and reports through the hierarchy on pending matters and deviations from the planning.
