RESPONSIBILITIES
The Office of Administrative Assistance is responsible:
(a) To provide administrative assistance to persons who have an objective inability to access municipal services or citizen service centres (JEPs).
(b) For the design and implementation of systems and procedures that seek to ensure transparency in all kinds of relations of the Municipality to third parties.
Especially:
- It designs and implements systems and procedures to serve citizens who have an objective inability to access municipal services or JEPs and need to contact the individual services for their specific needs.
- It ensures the establishment and effective operation of networks of volunteers who undertake the service of the above citizens for the execution of their dealings with municipal services and JEPs on their behalf.
- It accepts requests from the above citizens on the basis of the relevant procedures and ensures their satisfaction, using both the officials of the Office and the networks of volunteers.
- It cooperates with JEPs to deal with cases of the above citizens in matters of competence of JEPs.
- It plans and promotes all other relevant action to better serve citizens with objective inability to access municipal services or JEPs.
