RESPONSIBILITIES

• He supervises the submission of applications for participation of the Municipality in community and non-community projects.
• Gathers the necessary documents, supporting documents and studies from the relevant services, for the submission of the proposal file.
• He cooperates with other agencies for the growing of projects and actions that are to be financed.
• Responsible for proving the administrative, operational and financial capacity of the Municipality for the implementation of co-financed projects.
• He writes and updates the “Manual of Administrative Capacity Procedures” of the Municipality.
• He writes the technical document of an action required for the submission of the proposal.
• He supervises the submission of data to the Integrated Information System accompanying the application to participate in the program.
