The Head is responsible for:

• The function of her Department, the division of work and the delegation of tasks to officials, depending on the responsibilities of the individual Offices.
• Drawing up monthly or quarterly action reports and report hierarchically on pending cases and deviations from programming.
• Coordination of all activities carried out in the department by serving officials.
• Provision of official information to the authorities and citizens concerned
